We know that Racine is a supportive and encouraging community. We’re sure that many individuals and organizations would like to offer support and encouragement to City residents who are going back to school to earn their high school degree; going through training to launch careers in the skilled trades; working to improve their credit scores, reduce debts, build savings, and become more financially resilient; and becoming homeowners in the City and repairing and enhancing their properties.
